RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We ask that you carefully review all photos, measurements and descriptions on our listings prior to  purchasing. We go above and beyond to provide clear photos, video, measurements and other relevant info to ensure you feel confident in your purchase. Please reach out with any questions or requests you may have before purchasing as we do not accept returns, we do not issue refunds and all sales are final. We welcome your inquiries and look forward to hearing from you.

REPAIR POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs should the item arrive damaged. We offer this service free of charge 30 days from the date of purchase. Missing Hill Tribe Silver spacers and beads may be replaced at retail cost, upon availability. After 30 days, repairs will incur a charge. You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning a Joy by Carlé piece for repair. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount.  

Lost earring mates may be replicated only if the stone(s) is still available. Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings, plus shipping. If a Joy by Carlé piece was purchased through any retailer, the jewelry must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and is subject to the retailer's individual store policy.

If an item needs to be repaired, please contact us using the contact form on our website (https://joybycarle.com/pages/contact), at which time we will ask for a photo of the damaged piece.

Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs require 4-6 weeks to complete.
