REPAIR POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage free of charge two months from the date of purchase. Missing beads may be replaced if the beads are still available. Missing Hill Tribe Silver spacers and beads may be replaced at retail cost, upon availability. After two months, repairs will incur a charge. You will be responsible for the shipping costs when returning a Joy by Carlé piece for repair. For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase amount.
Lost earring mates may be replicated only if the stone(s) is still available. Half pairs of earrings cost half the price of a full pair of earrings, plus shipping. If a Joy by Carlé piece was purchased through any retailer, the jewelry must be returned to the store from which it was purchased and is subject to the retailer's individual store policy.
If an item needs to be repaired, please email us at hello@joybycarle.com. A photo of the damaged piece must be included in the email.
Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs require 4-6 weeks to compete.
